Return window
We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at info@prefectposturecorrector.com with your order number and reason. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is wrong contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
